Core Projects had moved to a larger, more modern warehouse near Glasgow city centre and needed the empty shell turned into a space that worked for the business.
We surveyed the property and designed a layout around how their team operates, making the most of the footprint they'd taken on. We installed a steel mezzanine to create upstairs storage, then infilled below to build warm, fresh offices — new lighting set into suspended, fire-resistant ceilings, a small kitchen and amenity area for staff, and the full warehouse rewired and fitted out to current regulations.
The result is a single, modern working HQ: storage above, offices and amenities below, and a space the Core Projects team could move straight into.
