Accessed via electric gates this wonderful property is deceptively large and perfect for groups or large families who value quality and space in a premier location. With a sizeable garden, complete with hot tub, gazebo and outdoor pizza oven / BBQ area and immediate access to the estates private championship artificial clay tennis court you will find yourself with plenty to entertain without leaving the property.

Within the property the feature living kitchen area means all the family are together. The kitchen benefits from Grantie worktops, American fridge and conduction cooker. The living area has a magnificent double sided wood burner in the middle of the room. The panoramic glass windows afford magnificent views to the hills beyond.

There is a utility room to the side with extra fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. The large master bedroom has its own dressing room and en-suite tiled from Porcelenosa. There are two further twin rooms and a family bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs there is another master double room with fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate shower room and a further large room which can either be used as a second sitting room or 5th Bedroom. It has a day bed which converts into 2 x singles. This magnificent room also benefits from double cabrio velux windows which open to form a balcony looking towards the hills and glens.
