This project was tasked with the conversion of a church in Newport on Tay from a place of worship into 3 different apartments.
The planners stipulated that the sash and case windows on the ground floor were to be retained. We refurbished and retained both the sashes and the case.
Once the sashes were refurbished they were machined and retrofitted with double glazed heritage style units so all the original timbers were retained meeting the remit of conservation but also providing the client with more energy efficient windows.
