We are Dr Ian Sexton and Dr Kevin Thomson co directors of Ashtec Sports Ltd, a new football agency founded in November 2023.

As Emergency Medicine Consultants with 40 years experience at the sharp end of healthcare and an obsessive passion for football development we have the commitment and determination to harness that passion and foster a new approach to football agent services.

As successful senior doctors we have gained vast experience in management, negotiation and communication at all levels , skills that are directly transferable to this project. In conjunction we also have an extensive network of contacts across football , media , sports science and legal services and aim to provide a 365 degree approach to the modern footballer from the developing youth to the experienced professional. We strongly believe that irrespective of the level of competition each athlete needs bespoke holistic support to maximise their development physically, socially and mentally which will ultimately provide the stability, security and platform to fulfil their potential as elite athletes.

Ashtec Sports Ltd is fully registered in compliance with the new FIFA Football Agent Regulations and will adhere strictly to both the spirit and letter of the new guidelines. We fully endorse the new path FIFA hast taken which will put safeguarding, financial regulation and transparency at the forefront of any new player-agent agreements, an approach which aligns seamlessly with our mission statement.
