Applications for the current round of funding will close at 5pm on DD MM YYYY. All applicants will hear from us with a decision by DD MM YYYY.
All grant offers will be made subject to the following checks:
• ID verification
• Evidence of learning disability
• Evidence of residence within the South Lanarkshire Council area
Payment will be made directly to the applicant – either by bank transfer or cheque. We can also arrange for payment to be made to a Financial Guardian or Continuing Attorney. For children under the age of 16, we can pay a parent or guardian.
If you are not able to apply online, you can download an application pack and post the completed form and supporting documents back to us.
If you are unable to print an application pack, you can request an application pack to be posted to you and should receive this within 10 working days.
If you choose to apply using a paper application form, please make sure you post it back to us in good time. Any applications received after DD MM YYYY cannot be considered for a grant.
